The Department of social services of Boumerdes University (DOU de Boumerdes) ​​was created by interministerial decree No. 109 of 22/12/2004 under the supervision of the National Office of University Services. It is composed of four (04) departments and eleven (11) services.

Conditions for benefiting from university services

scholarships :(executive decree 91-412 of November 02, 1991)

• The student must hold a baccalaureate and be regularly enrolled at the university.
• The parents' cumulative net income must be less than or equal to eight (08) times the SNMG

Accommodation :(Rules of procedure governing university residences).

• The student must be a scholarship holder.
• Aged under 28
• The parental residence must be more :
• 50 km for boys
• 30 km for girls

Transportation :

• Urban transport : it is intended for resident students for their travel to educational sites
• Suburban transport : it is intended exclusively for students eligible for accommodation and who have not been able to be accommodated. This mode of transport cannot be combined with the benefit of accommodation in the R.U.
